Our Owners
Chase and Jay met while working together at a tech company and started Premier Web having only known each other a few weeks. Not having any web presence yet themselves, they had to grind it out to get customers like every other new business. Over the next few years they went from being acquaintances to being each other's best mans at their weddings. Over the past 7 years, Chase and Jay have not only grown their own families, but have created a client base which has become the Premier Web family.
Both Jay and his wife Gabriella grew up right here in the valley. Jay began his tech career working as a small business consultant for the largest web hosting provider in the world. He spent years helping business owners improve sales by helping them get the right website and the right marketing plan. He enjoys cooking, as well as, both watching and playing basketball. He currently lives in Chandler with Gabriella and their son, Jagger.
Both Chase and his wife Natalee grew up right here in the valley. Chase began his tech career working in system operations and logistics at IBM and Lenovo. He also worked alongside Jay at the largest hosting provider in the world troubleshooting escalated issues. He enjoys various types of video games including both PC and VR. Chase and Natalee currently live in Gilbert with their kids, Keegan, Bryton, Bentley, and Kambree.

How it all started
Our company stemmed from one of the largest hosting and digital marketing companies in the world. Our owners, Chase Bailly and Jay McCauley, serviced business owners around the world via sales, technical support, fulfillment, and management. They eventually took what they learned and brought it local. They opened Premier Web Development in Chandler, Arizona with just a few local customers. Premier Web Development now has clients all across the Arizona Valley in Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Phoenix, and Scottsdale, as well as outside of Arizona in Seattle, San Diego, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York.
