Web Design in Wildomar

Wildomar is an up and coming city in an up and coming area and businesses are starting to thrive here. Businesses have been able to get by with subpar websites because of the lack of competition but competitors are starting to ramp up their marketing and represent their businesses better online. A new, professionally designed website can ensure you capture those leads when someone gets to your site. The last thing you want is to spend money on marketing to get someone to your website only to have them back out because you don't come across professionally. Imagine walking into an interview in the clothes you slept in last night compared to walking in wearing a nice suit. A professional website will convert your marketing dollars into actual new customers.

You should love the look of your website, and it should generate new business. Web design companies like to say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" to try to convince you to use their cookie-cutter layout because it "works" and it doesn't matter if you think it looks good. This is a lazy and insincere way of saying "we want to reuse a lot of materials". As long as your website has an effective structure, it can have as nice of a design as you'd like. If you look at our portfolio, you'll see we don't reuse materials. Our sites are designed to reflect our clients' unique brand. Our reviews show that our marketing is effective without reusing materials. You can (and deserve) the best of both worlds.

Built For Conversions

It's extremely important that your website converts traffic into new customers. Otherwise, you're simply wasting money on marketing. We've had customers come to us with typos in the phone number on their website. Typos in the phone number! Even if you don't having any glaring issues like this, there are probably things on your site that are causing traffic to leave. This could be anything from a blurry image to a design eye-sore to hard to read content. It's important that your content looks good, gets to the point, and is effective.

We take the time to go through your site several times as if we were the user to try to get an idea of what their experience would be like. Will they look to the phone number in the top right corner? Will they look immediately down to the photo in the bottom left? Based on this, we can structure the content on the site in the most effective way possible. Our website are built to convert from the ground up.

It's important to have multiple call-to-actions on any page you're generating traffic on. Depending on what your selling, you may want to emphasize your phone number, contact forms, purchase buttons, etc. If you have an e-commerce site, you'll want to drive people to the "buy now" buttons as much as possible and minimize the phone calls and contact forms. If you're a contractor or offering some other type of service then you'll want to generate phone calls or lead forms and probably won't have any "buy now" buttons.

Search Engine Optimization

An SEO Overview

Search engine optimization is the process of increasing your website presence in search engine results by enhancing your website's online exposure and overall credibility. Search engines use bots to crawl websites to read all of the text to determine what keywords the page is relevant to, to determine what search results to show it in. Google and other search engines treat each page on a website as a separate resource of information. You usually don't see someone's "contact us" page in search results. You usually see someone's homepage or a specific service page. Google has deemed these pages to be relevant and credible resources. Website's that have links from trustworthy sources will rank higher. If a large, trustworthy site is linking over to you then search engines will treat this as a content recommendation. They are sending users from their site to you which tells Google you're a good resource.

The SEO Difference

The difference between ranking within the top few spots for your main keywords versus ranking on the 2nd page is tremendous. Most potential customers don't know about your business, they just know the service they need. If you need a chiropractor, you're going to search "Chiropractors in Wildomar" or "Wildomar chiropractor" or something of that nature. If everyone in Wildomar is seeing you then you're going to get leads. If no one can find you then your competitors will get the leads. You can spend money on outbound marketing like social media ads, radio commercials, flyers, etc. but all you're doing is telling everyone what you do. With SEO, these people are already searching for your service. This means when they call you, they are calling to get started.

HOW SEO WORKS

On-Page SEO

Search engines look at things link the title of your page, the meta description, your headlines, pages content, image alt text, and any other content on the page to determine what keywords that page is relevant to. Every page has its own title and description within the backend code of the site. This is what you see when you do a google search. Search "Defense lawyers in Wildomar" and you'll see that every result includes the words "lawyer" and "Wildomar" somewhere within the title. Below the tile is the meta description which should also include any keywords you want to rank for. Because there is a limited amount of space, you can only include a certain amount of keywords here. This means search engines will put higher weight on them. If there are other keywords you need to rank for that don't fit in the title then you need separate pages for them. This is common with businesses that provide multiple services. Services are often broken down in individual service which rank for their own respective keywords.

Your page title and description are the most important but the rest of the content on the page has to back it up. You should have at least one headline that includes your main keyword, and your content should be talking about it. You shouldn't have to go make sure how many times you include the keyword within your text. You should use it too much or too little but if you just write content naturally it will usually come out in a way search engines can read it and easily tell what you're talking about.

Search engines can't scan your images and know what they are. They can see if the image has been used online before in which case they can sometimes use this info to know something in your image (e.g. there is a horse in this image), but if you put an image alt text in the code of the image with something like "lawyer defends client who got a dui on a horse" then search engines can use that information to help support that you're a dui lawyer.

Off-Page SEO

Having all of the content on the page be perfectly optimized is great but it's just a starting point. Each one of your competitors can just do the same thing. So how does Google determine who ranks above who when all of your websites have great content? Search engines use "backlinks" to determine credibility. Your on-page content is all what you are saying about yourself. So although this helps you rank for the correct keywords, it doesn't necessarily help you rank higher if you have an average or above-average level of competition. Google and other search engines needs ways to see if you're a credible business and they do this by looking at what links come to your site. If the only links you have are from your own Facebook page, Yelp, a friends blog, etc. then you won't have a whole lot of credibility. However, if you have a link from a dui lawyer article on a law school website then google can use this as a small bit of trust. If you weren't a real defense lawyer, you probably wouldn't get a link from an article on a law school website.

Links like these naturally occur overtime. Once you've had your website for ten years, you'll have accumulated a decent amount of links and if you have little competition then you may not need any more. But if you're a newer site or just not ranking high enough in search engines then you need an SEO company to go get you these links. There are thousands of ways to obtain real links from quality sources and this is how we rank your website in search results faster. The important thing is to keep it all natural. SEO is a long-term solution that usually takes at least six months before producing an return on investment. If you try to do six months of SEO within the first month it won't look natural at all and Google will look at this as manipulating their algorithm versus building online exposure in an honest way.
